Massage therapy

Therapeutic and relaxing.

Licensed massage for injury recovery, stress, and just feeling human again. Half-hour and full-hour sessions.

Why massage

Back to your natural state.

Massage therapy works the superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to improve function, help healing, calm muscle reflex activity and promote relaxation and well-being.

The benefits include better circulation, relief from joint and muscle pain, and lower stress. Together with exercise and good nutrition, regular massage helps keep your body in top form. Early mobilization and range-of-motion work greatly improve recovery from nearly any injury or surgery.

  • Reduce headaches, including migraines
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Reduce stress, anxiety and depression
  • Ease allergy symptoms
  • Improve circulation
  • Increase muscle elasticity, tone and flexibility
  • Treat sports injuries
  • Relax

Trained, licensed professionals

Our licensed massage practitioners are chosen for their knowledge, skill, experience and commitment to excellence, and follow clinical guidelines for injury treatment and recovery.

Essential for injury recovery

We treat whiplash, work and sports injuries, and chronic complaints, with care matched to each stage and severity of the injury. Massage decreases pain and spasm, promotes healing and restores function.

Relaxing and healthy

Massage calms the nervous system and counters the body’s stress response, relaxing muscle tension and letting heart rate, blood pressure and circulation settle.

Covered, and a great gift

Therapeutic massage is a covered benefit with most health insurance, car accident insurance and workers’ compensation. Gift certificates are available, and we offer on-site massage for workplaces and events.
